Lou Agranoff of Sioux City was named president of Ivre, national Jewish fraternity at a conclave held here. Joel Rice, Dave Davidson, William Grund and Ben Sherman were other officers elected. Nels G. Kraschel, Lieutenant-Governor of Iowa, gave the address of welcome.
