Hammonton Jews Plan a Synagogue, Religious School

Plans are under way here for the establishment of a synagogue organization and a religious school. At last Wednesday’s meeting of Jewish residents the principal speaker was Rabbi David J. Seligson of the Congregation Beth Judah, Ventner, N. J., who is to serve as the spiritual leader of the new group.

The newly-chosen officers are Julius Miller, president; S. Frank, recording secretary; Joseph Stecker, treasurer; Mrs. Blanche Frank, president of the sisterhood, and Mrs. Betty Stecker and Mrs. Bella Liebowitz, secretary and treasurer, respectively.
