The Official Gazette reports that of the total of 3,480 immigrants who entered Palestine during the month of March, 3,367 were Jews. The number includes 213 who were admitted as tourists but were permitted to settle permanently. A total of 408 Jews brought into the country with them not less than a thousand pounds (£1,000) each.
