Levy, M. H. Fife, M. Goldenberg, E. E. Gelber, R. S. Ross, M. Caplan, J. B. Weiler, Miss B. Adelman, H. Ciegler. J. Uspritch, J. B. Meltzer and E. W. Shterenman.
