Municipal Judge William M. Lewis of Philadelphia was re-elected grand master of the Independent Order of Brith Sholom, national Jewish fraternal organization, today, at the close of its twenty-ninth annual convention being held in the Ritz-Carlton here.
Louis Levine and Herman Seidman of New York City, were named vice grand master and deputy grand master for New York State.
Peter Littman of Trenton, was elected grand master for New Jersey, and Max Epstein of Pittsburgh, was named to the same post for Pennsylvania. Martin O. Levy was named grand secretary. Others elected were Adolph Rosenblum, assistant grand secretary; Jacob Ginsburg, grand treasurer; George H. Silver, mortuary treasurer; Benjamin Reibstein, investment treasurer; Mitchell M. Cohen, building fund; Maurice Mitnik, disability fund; Louis I. Gilgor, councellor; Nathan Franzblau, chairman of law.
