The cause of restricted immigration in the United States was attributed to “supposed Nordic belief in Nordic superiority,” by Cecilia Rozovsky, field councillor of the National Council of Jewish Women, who addressed a meeting of the Theodor Herzl Society held at 125 East Eighty-fifth street.

The speaker cited among other causes the nationalism movement over the world including America, the eugenists and economic depression.

Dr. Sonja Schwabacher, who presided, was named delegate to the forthcoming convention of the Zionist Organization of America, to be held in Atlantic City from June 30 to July 4.
