“Biro-Bidjan is not competing with Palestine as a Jewish homeland because Palestine cannot absorb all the Jews who would like to migrate there,” declared Samuel Obletz, ICOR worker, in a lecture at the Labor Educational Club under the auspices of the Friends of the Soviet Union. Obletz recently returned from a three-month tour of Russia.
