At a tea in the home of Seattle’s German Consul, Herr Doktor Walther L. Reinhardt—the man who wrote a book in German on George Washington, father of liberty, and preaches Nazi doctrines of oppression in Seattle—Mrs. Nan Havel, Jewish contralto and an officer of the Seattle Civic Opera Association, sang Tuesday.
