On Sunday afternoon the Jewish community of Cape Cod will dedicate a Scroll and Ark at Hyannis. Rabbi Louis I. Newman of Temple Rodeph Sholom of New York will be the guest speaker at the ceremony. The Torah and Ark are the donations of Mrs. Annie Pearlstein and Mr. and Mrs. Hyman Stone.
The community, which was organized eight months ago under the leadership of Rabbi Hyman A Shain, held the first Jewish religious service the Cape has ever witnessed last November. A local newspaper, the Hyannis Patriot,” expressed the sympathetic coopera- of the non-Jews in the vicinity at that time.
