Palestine Court Calls for Hebrew Papers to Answer Charges

The Palestine High Court has issued an order nisi calling on the Doar Hayom, Hayarden and Iton Meyuchod, Hebrew newspapers, to appear in court on contempt of court charges for having published articles stating that Abraham Stavsky, convicted of the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, is innocent.

The offending article in the Hayarden, written by Vladimir Jabotinsky, leader of the Zionist Revisionists, was entitled “At the Crossroads.”
