Nathan Harris, engineer for the Minneapolis Board of Estimate and Taxation, was appointed to head the work relief division of the State Eemergency Relief Administration.
He has been granted a ninety-day leave of absence by the Board and at the end of that period will decide whether to continue with the relief administration.
