Dr. Kurt Rosenfeld, former Prussian Minister of Justice, and Aneurin Bevan, member of the British Parliament, will address an open meeting in the Hartford Y.W.C.A. building tomorrow night under the auspices of the Hartford Committee to Aid Victims of German Fascism. The Rev. Stanley Manning, pastor of the Church of the Redeemer, West Hartford, and chairman of the local section, will preside.
Dr. Rosenfeld will discuss what is happening in Germany today while Mr. Bevan will speak in the interests of the World Committee of the League to Aid Victims of German Fascism, of which he is a member.
