Dr. I. M. Rubinow, international secretary of the B’nai B’rith, will be honored Wednesday at a testimonial luncheon arranged by a non-sectarian group of representative Cincinnatians interested in social and economic problems.
The luncheon is to be a tribute to Dr. Rubinow on the occasion of the publication of his new book, “In Quest of Security.”
