Robert Hess, attorney, active in local Zionist and communal activities, has been selected by the Socialist Party as its candidate for county prosecutor in the coming Fall election campaign. Ben Rubin, Jewish labor leader, was nominated as the Socialist candidate for State Assembly from the sixth district.
