Twenty Milwaukee Jewish organizations combined in sponsoring a memorial meeting in Temple Beth Israel in tribute to Chaim Nachman Bialik.
An eulogy was delivered by Rabbi Solomon I. Scheinfeld; memorial chants were given by Rabbi Jacob Rubinstein and the Beth Israel choir, and an address on “Bialik, the Man,” was given by Dr. A. E. Abromowitz, Chicago rabbi. Herman D. Schwartz, president of the Milwaukee Zionist organization, presided.
