The Hebrew Circle of Brownsville and the East New York Mizrachi Youth groups will initiate a series of open air meetings on Saturday evening at the Brownsville Headquarters, 453 Hopkinson avenue, Brooklyn. Kalman Whitman will be the principal speaker on the program, which will also include renditions of the latest Palestinian music and declamations.
