Hitler will shortly pass from the scene in Germany and a Soviet Reich will make its bow to the world is the prediction advanced by Willi Muenzenberg, German Communist leader in an article in the current issue of “New Masses.”

He asserts that the Communist Party in Germany, though outlawed, has been kept intact and even at present has approximately, 125,000 dues paying members.
