Prof. Haim Pick, Rabbi Dov Hacohen Kook, Rabbi Simeon Winograd, Rabbi S. Assaf, Rabbi J. Berman, Prof. Herman Struck, Dr. J. Wolfsberg, Dr. Ebert, and Rabbi M. Ostrowski have published a manifesto regarding the formation of the “Pioneer Mizrachi” Organization.

Retailing the growing dissatisfaction in Palestine and abroad with the World Central Executive of the Mizrachi Organization, that had led to the severance of the German Association into an independent unit, the signatories state that they have been forced to take their step out of the desire to preserve pure Mizrachi principles.

They oppose the projected split with the Vaad Leumi, “which only means ultimately leaving organized Palestine Jewry,” and promise to find a way of “cooperating all elements of Jewry in Knesseth Israel,” to support the national funds, to work in harmony with the Zionist Organization, and to support the Hapoel Hamizrachi.
