The committee appointed at the last World Zionist Congress to transfer the remains of Theodor Herzl, founder of the modern political Zionist movement, from a Vienna grave, where his body has lain for thirty years, to Palestine, appealed yesterday to the Zionist Executive to decide at the earliest possible moment where it wishes Dr. Herzl to be reinterred. The choice lies between the city of Jerusalem and Mt. Carmel, at Haifa.

The committee reported that all legal and technical arrangements have been completed and requested the executive body to take the necessary steps to effect the transfer.
