The Bar Association, County Lawyers’ Association and Criminal Courts Bar Association are supporting the bi-partisan nomination of Judge Otto Rosalsky for another term on the General Sessions bench, it was announced yesterday.
Judge Rosalsky, who was appointed in 1905, was elected for a fourteen-year term the following year and then re-elected in 1920. At the present time, in addition to his duties as justice, he is acting in the capacity of special mediator in the poultry industry differences. He was appointed by Mayor LaGuardia.
