A check for $10,000 from the Jews of Cleveland has been received at the New York headquarters of the United Jewish Appeal. The check is the first payment of contributions collected in Cleveland during the recent drive there for the relief of German Jewry and other causes.
The campaign was under the auspices of the Jewish Welfare Fund and was headed by Judge Maurice Bernon.
