The husband and daughter of Mrs. Irene R. Strauss, who died June 30, 1933, share her entire estate, which was appraised yesterday in the office of the State Transfer Tax Department at $577,461 gross and $538,301 net.
Samuel Strauss of 885 Park avenue receives $358,273. Miss Julia A. Strauss of the same address is bequeathed $181,019. Strauss is the sole executor.
