The Neboh Kosher Provision Co. case cropped up again yesterday in Special Sessions Court, Brooklyn, just long enough to be adjourned to Sept. 20.

The case, which grew out of a complaint made by Sidney Rosen-wasser, a member of the office of Arthur Simon, confidential investigator for the Department of Health, has been in and out of court since last Spring.

The Neboh firm and its president, Abraham Kaufman, are accused of having offered for sale four barrels of briskets and four barrels of tongue, all of them non-kosher.
