These uneducated, untrained youths, who persuade residents on the borders to join in the manhunts, are embarking upon a course which is bound to lead to the direct consequences, Davar warns, pointing out that the permission of this practice will induce a psychology among the Arabs that they are masters and owners of this land, which is false.
