Isaac Blind, pioneer of the labor movement among Galician Jews, was arrested in Vienna along with hundreds of other Social Democrats, it is reported here by the Neie Folkszeitung.
Blind is being held in the prison on Herrmannstrasse, the report says. The arrests were made July 23.
