Lazarowitz Abdicates Hobo King’s ‘throne’

J. Leon Lazarowitz, of Brooklyn, self-styled “king of the hoboes,” has abdicated.

In a letter read at the convention of the International Itinerant Workers of the World, he yielded the “throne” to Jeff Davis, Cincinnati, who also has been claiming the title.
