The first Jews to settle in Utah came in 1860. Among the earliest comers were Isidor Morris, Nicholas S. Ransohoff, Samuel Kahn, Fred Auerback, Louis Kohn, Aaron Greenwald, Ichel Watters, and Emanuel Kahn.
