About 200 representatives and guests of all the Zionist groups in New York attended a farewell banquet which was held last night in honor of Isaac Rubin, secretary of the Jewish National Fund, at Trotsky’s restaurant, Thirty-fifth street and Seventh avenue.

Mr. Rubin, who was secretary of the Jewish National Fund for over 24 years, has just resigned that position in order to settle in Palestine. He is sailing this Friday with his wife and daughter Libby.
