Harry M. Rubin, president of the Jewish Center of Jackson Heights, announced yesterday that preparations have been completed for the holding of religious services on the High Holidays in the Center’s synagogue, 73rd street and Woodside avenue. Services on New Year’s and the Day of Atonement will be conducted by Cantor Henry Fried. Rabbi Peretz Halpern will preach.
