Friends of the late Mrs. Ruth Cohen Frisch have started a movement here to create a memorial for her.
Mrs. Frisch was the wife of Rabbi Frisch of San Antonio and daughter of Rabbi and Mrs. Henry Cohen of Galveston. She was an active religious and civic worker.
