Peter de Grasse and Joe Doherty have been matched to fight the feature ten round bout at the Army Arena tomorrow night. This will be the third encounter between these two fast hard-hitting ringmen at the Post this season. Their first two battles resulted in sensational draws. De Grasse is a slight favorite to win this week’s scrap.
The eight round semi-final will bring into action Pete Mascia of Williamsburg and Al Dunbar, Irish town Idol. Three six-rounders complete the card and present some of the well known soldier fighters.
