Jewish Gem Merchant Murdered in Antwerp

Max Hirschberg, Jewish diamond merchant of this city, was beaten to death in a street here by two men who escaped.

Police believe the murderers to be Flemish diamond cutters who killed Hirschberg because he was having his stones polished in Germany instead of in Belgium.
