Shabbatai Levy Slated As Vice-mayor of Haifa

Shabbatai Levy, one of four Jewish councilmen in the city council, will be chosen vice-mayor, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned today. Levy will be the first Jewish vice-mayor in fifteen years. The mayor, however, will be a Moslem as usual.
