Funeral services were held yesterday for Mrs. Rachel Schiff, 61, wife of Morris Schiff, who died Tuesday. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery, in New Jersey.
Mrs. Schiff was one of the founders of the Chevra Talmud Torah Anshe Marovi, at 15 Old Broadway, one of the first synagogues in the Harlem section, more than thirty years ago. Her residence was at 41 Convent avenue. Ten children and seventeen grandchildren survive.
