“World peace is not around the corner,” Rabbi I. E. Philo of Rodef Sholem Temple told an organization meeting of the proposed Mahoning County League against War and Fascism here yesterday. Intensive education may be needed to bring world peace, he said, declaring that “we need a different type of history books in the schools.”
