The Temple League Players, a Jewish dramatic society, was chosen by the drama editor of the San Antonio Evening News as one of the three most outstanding amateur play-producing groups in the city. The other two groups named were the Little Theatre and the Medieval Players, a church organization.

The Temple League has staged such plays as “The Road to Rome” ###d “Berkeley Square” within the ###few years.
