The foundation stone for a large settlement for middle class Jews was laid here today. The colony, which will be named for the late Dr. Leon Motzkin, veteran Zionist leader, will be located in Emek Zebulon on land owned by the Jewish National Fund.
Kfar Motzkin will have 444 houses, of which 100 are already in the process of construction.
