Israel Chipkin, executive director of the Hebrew Education Association, will speak at a freshman tea today, sponsored by the Avukah society of Hunter College. The program also includes a violin solo by Nettie Radensky and group singing to be led by Minna Solovetchik, who recently returned from Palestine.
