Resignation of Mrs. Fannie Kenin Friedman, Portland social worker, as executive director of Educational Center, Seattle’s only Jewish settlement house and a Community Fund agency, was announced at a meeting of the Educational Center board of directors. Mrs. Friedman’s successor will be Mrs. Sylvia N. Allper.
