Allan Bloom, general secretary of the Jewish Community Center Association of Indianapolis, has accepted an appointment to act as chairman of a committee on statewide recreation for the Governor’s commission on unemployment relief. Bloom’s committee has already made recommendations regarding institution of this program throughout Indiana.
