While Nazi enthusiasm for him was perceptibly cooling, following the Jewish Daily Bulletin’s revelation that he has no intention of keeping any promises he may have made to the Hitlerites former Mayor John F. Hylan, candidate for the Governorship on an “I’m-against-it” ticket, was marshalling his forces Friday to fight an attempt to keep his name off the ballot in Albany next Tuesday.

The case will be heard before Supreme Court Justice Gilbert V. Schenck, who will decide whether a temporary injunction forbidding the listing of Hylan’s name on the voting blank shall be made permanent.
