Nazism today stands incorporated under the New York State laws.

Papers were filed in Albany by the Friends of New Germany, notorious un-American organization, which sets forth in its charter that it aims “to foster German-American relations and to oppose with all legal means any attempt to disturb those relations or any threat to disturb; to preserve the cultural aspects of the German people; to encourage aliens to become American citizens.”
