The Palestine Lighthouse, of which Mrs. Samuel D. Friedman is president, s tendering a reception tonight at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Sokolski, 1136 Fifth avenue, to Dr. Nathan Ratnoff and Dr. Leo I. Mishkin to welcome them on their return from Palestine.
Mrs. Stephen S. Wise heads the reception committee with Nelson Ruttenberg, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lamport, Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Hirshfeld, Dr. and Mrs. Herman Ostrow, Mrs. Jerome Siris and the officers and directors of the Palestine Lighthouse.
Robert B. Irwin, director of the American Foundation for the Blind, will bring a message from the blind to this group, which supports an institute for the blind in Palestine.
