A federal court here handed down an important decision forbidding “Aryan” firms to compete with Jewish firms through appeals to anti-Jewish prejudice in Germany. The court forbade “Aryan” business men from indicating that their competitors were “non – Aryans” or “dirty Jewish businesses.”

The court found the complaint of the insulted Jewish firm completely justified and ordered the defendant “Aryan” firm to pay damages to the Jewish plaintiff.
