If states that new doctors are required for a number of sick benefit funds (which are all state-supported) and announces that each applicant will be required to give proof of his religious faith and of the number of years he has been in Austria. This is designed to prevent not only the infiltration of avowedly Jewish physicians but of Jewish apostates as well.
