3 Butchers Face Trial on Kosher Law Charges

Three Bronx butchers charged with violation of the Kosher Foods Law will be tried in Bronx Special Sessions Court Wednesday. They are Nathan Schub, William Munter and Nathan Weitzman. The complaint was made by George Ringler of the New York State Kosher Food Control.

Julius M. Levine, a Mount Vernon delicatessen owner, on Saturday completed a two-day jail sentence for selling non-kosher meat. Jack Turkin, Mount Vernon delicatessen shop owner, will come up for trial in Special Sessions Court Wednesday on the same charge.
