Memorial services for the late Ludwig Vogelstein, who died September 24 will be held at Temple Emanu-El, Fifth avenue at Sixty-fifth street, Sunday afternoon. The services will be held under the auspices of Temple Emanu-El, the Union of American Hebrew Congregations and the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies.
The late Mr. Vogelstein was chairman of the executive committees of Federation and Temple Emanu-El. Before he amalgamation of Temple Beth El with Emanu-El, Mr. Vogelstein was president of Beth El.
At his specific request, funeral services for Mr. Vogelstein at Temple Emanu-El on September 25, were limited to an organ prelude, the reading of a psalm and a prayer by Rabbi Goldenson.
