Judge Joseph N. Ulman, of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore, has accepted the appointment as a member and chairman of a subcommittee of the National Industrial Relations Board in connection with investigation of prison labor conditions and other factors dealing with prison labor and its relation to private industry.
