Nine Jewish students were among the group of seventeen inducted into Perstari Et Praestari honor society at New York University’s Washington Heights colleges, during ceremonies in the auditorium of Gould Memorial Library yesterday. They are Maurice Mittenthal, Jack M. Stern, Harlan B. Umansky, Charles Klotz, Mortimer Sackler, John Kunitzky, Arnold Lerner, Louis Salkowsky and Milton Maurer.
The election is based on “unselfish service to the University.”
