Sadye Friedson of Kansas City was elected president of the Southwest region of Junior Hadassah at the close of a two-day conference at the Jewish Community Center here.
Other officers elected are Libby L. Goldman, St. Joseph, Mo., first vice president; Sara Asarch, Des Moines, second vice-president; Selma Goldstein, Lincoln, Nebr., third vice-president; Lillian Golofsky, Waterloo, Iowa, recording secretary; Bertha Gortenburg, Kansas City, corresponding secretary, and Margaret Shulkin, Sioux City, Iowa, treasurer.
Rabbi Abraham Abromowitz of Chicago delivered the principal address at the conference.
